PROGRAM TIMES AND DURATION

Programs are scheduled at 9:30, 11:00 and 12:30. Programs run for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Prompt arrival and departure are requested.

RESERVATIONS

Programs fill quickly in September for the entire year. Therefore, please make reservations as early as possible. Call (516) 632-8230 weekdays between 9:30 am and 5 pm. Arrangements can be made for special education and handicapped students.

PAYMENT

Program fees are $7.00 per student, with a $100 per class minimum. Approximately 2 months prior to your visit, a deposit request and confirmation letter, with directions and preparation material, will be mailed to you. A $25.00 deposit for each class must be received at least 1 month in advance. if payment is not received, your program is subject ot cancellation. Balance of the fee is due on the day of the program.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

If your must cancel your visit, please call the Museum immediately. If your school is closed due to snow, we will make every effort to accommodate your group at a later date or refund your deposit.
